As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Location for this position is Kansas City, KS or Dallas, TX or Broomfield, CO or Seattle, WA. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

Qualifications Basic â¢ Bachelorâs degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. â¢ At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred â¢ At least 6 years of experience in telecom domain (OSS/BSS) related projects with good understanding of key telecom processes and Data Model, should be able to describe dynamic designs using UML â¢ At least 4 years of experience in one or more of the following work areas and related sub-areas: Â â¢ Service Fulfillment Â â¢ Service Assurance- Proactive, Reactive, Predictive Â â¢ Work Force Management ( WFM) Â â¢ Billing Management Â â¢ Omni channel & Customer Experience Management Â â¢ Customer Relationship Management ( CRM) â¢ At least 4 years of experience in Requirements Elicitation (Functional, Technical & Non-Functional) -Â Author requirements through workshops with business owners, Perform as is system analysis/identify high level process changes based on the inputs from customer, Participate in the activities leading up to the change management working with the program/project manager of the IT team as well as with the client. â¢ Analytical and Communication skills â¢ Experience in Telecom/Cable domain. â¢ Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment â¢ Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.Â
