As a motivated and key part of the team, you will support of the management and coordination of projects and presentations, and produce various operating reports. The Project Coordinator will also serve as a Business Segment Liaison (BSL) by coordinating resources, equipment, assisting in the adherence to departmental budgets, and preparing documents for personnel changes. This role is office based in Minnetonka, MN.Primary Responsibilities:Project Coordination:Collect input; design and prepare presentation materialsCoordinate the creation and distribution of communicationsDesign and maintain program tools Facilitate requests for information about projectsBusiness Segment Liaison (BSL) Responsibilities:On Board new employeesTrouble shoot equipment and space issuesOrdering supplies and materials Office Administration:Assist team with travel arrangements, expense reports, meetings, and a variety of other requirementsKeep track of vendor and subscription invoicing and expenseManage collaboration tools, information storage and archive
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (or higher)1+ years of experience creating presentationsExperience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel including manipulating data and basic navigationPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the Health Care IndustryExperience with expense reporting, ordering hardware, software and / or licensing softwareSoft Skills:Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple prioritiesPrior experience with written / oral business communication skills in a corporate environmentExperience managing multiple streams of work simultaneously in a corporate environmentCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
