This position requires knowledge of Home Infusion and Pharmacy best practices, procedures, and standards in accordance with state and federal regulations; and of personnel principles and practices. Primary Responsibilities:Will partner with leadership and staff at all levels within the branch and the broader enterprise to enhance the internal organizational processes and infrastructure that will allow the company to continue to grow and fulfill its missionThe position is responsible for the branch's day-to day operating activities including Intake, Nursing, & Pharmacy functions, marketing and growth (thru shared matrix reporting relationships) as they relate to quality, efficiency, process, and costThis role is responsible for daily supervision of a team of clinical and non-clinical managers, supervisors and administrative personnel (generally 15 or fewer employees)Position will have direct financial and revenue accountability for the branch operations
Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or 4 years related work experience5+ years of operational management experienceSolid working knowledge of pharmacy and or nursing, budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning in healthcare/hospital/home health environmentA track record of performance excellence meeting targets and objectivesStrong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting/financial skillsP&L oversight and operational budget management experienceRespectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivates staff to exceed expectationsThe ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goalsPreferred Qualifications:Clinician background (Pharmacy or Nurse management experience) Possess a strong patient service orientationHome Infusion experienceCareers with BriovaRx Infusion Services.
