(SM)As an Enrollment and Eligibility Representative, you willbe responsible for receiving, reviewing, processing, and maintaining newmember(s)/group enrollment information. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday -Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am to4:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasionalovertime or weekends. Our office is located at 4316 Rice Lake Road, Duluth, MN55811.Primary Responsibilities:Receive paper and electronic enrollment/eligibilityapplications for new and/or existing customers; prioritize as appropriateRespond to member eligibility or group questions andverify enrollment statusReview enrollment/eligibility submissions to identify anymissing data and to validate information provided; reconcile any discrepanciesSubmit files to relevant internal teams; provide anyupdates/changes/additions to enrollment/eligibility applications as neededResponsible for inventory control of member and grouptransactionsInform customers of enrollment-related policies andprocedures; review eligibility guidelines and enrollment criteria to ensuretheir understandingTrack and review files to identify performance gaps,eligibility/loading errors, etc. and review those items with appropriateinternal teamsIndependently solves problems, acknowledging whenassistance from other departments or supervisor is required
