Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent field8+ years broad experience in multiple Finance disciplines, including capital investment and finance experience5+ years managerial and leadership experience in developing , managing and directing teams Strong working knowledge of financial systems, statements and reports. Ability to complete complex projects and influence change in a complicated, fast paced, matrix environment Experience reporting to Executive Leadership in a strategic partnership capacity. Ability to develop and execute strategies to drive efficiencies, process improvements, and successful management of the capital portfolioDemonstrated experience leading teams with proven success in identifying and recommending solutions to find common ground and obtain buy-in for strategies and tacticsIntermediate to advanced MS Excel Preferred Qualifications:Advanced knowledge of Health Care industry preferredCBA experience – creation, management and oversightMBACareers with UnitedHealthcare.
