Manage projects to enhance customer experience and business productivity of wealth management products and services.
This will include: 1. Gathering, analysing and synthesizing business requirements in order to define the problem statement 2. Consult with business stakeholders to define detailed systems , process and reporting requirements 3. Participate in a collaborative team environment in dynamic process enhancements and provide project management 4. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements 5. Improve and innovate customer interactions / experiences across digital and physical touch points by going through a design process (ie: research, analysis, ideation, prototyping, and testing) 6. Interact with all levels of management, including senior-level decision makers, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses in support of solution development. 7. Monitoring the overall project progress and deliverables in meeting targets and deadlines. 8. Support in the change management of new processes into the business teams which includes items such as communications, training, support plan and user documentation. *LI-LCH
Qualifications Job Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who have;
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in business process modelling/analysis, preferably familiar with Banking system and operational processes.
Experience in transforming business through transformation initiatives, process redesign, initiatives implement change culture.
Good team player who possesses strong project management, analytical excellent communication & interpersonal skills
High-value personal qualities - critical thinking and problem solving skills, ability to influence, resourceful, responsible, high energy and ability to think outside the box
Able to work independently without much supervision as well as a team player when required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Self-motivated with high level of drive, initiative and commitment
Prepare to take on other roles and responsibilities when required
LEAN Six Sigma (ie: Green or Black Belt) and / or experience design exposure preferred.
