Join us and start doing your life's best work. Primary Responsibilities: Employees in this position will perform activities related to clinical pharmacy programs. Work closely with our clinical pharmacists to obtain data, analyze and manipulate data to help prepare and present outcomes of the clinical programs. The chosen candidate will also be asked to help review and understand new program requirements and potential development needed to support new requirements. Candidate will serve as the non clinical subject matter expert for the programs. Candidate that is very detail oriented, has strong communication skills, both oral and written, Managing multiple tasks and seeing them through end to end, and who enjoys working in a team environment is desired. Strong problem solving skills
Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field or equivalent experience 1+ year of experience in business/finance analysis collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and recommendations to management Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures2+ years of working within a pharmacy or other healthcare setting Preferred Qualifications:Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
