This leader will be responsible for our Talent Acquisition Team serving Oklahoma. This team consists of recruiters and an HR Assistant. It is a high volume, fast paced environment as the team manages 30 hires a week / over 100 a month.
We seek a seasoned leader who truly understands talent acquisition & talent strategy from both a big picture perspective and the day to day of managing a recruitment team. We have a highly matrixed culture so need a natural relationship builder who will form strong partnerships with our other human resources leaders, hiring leaders and community contacts. We currently have a very high req load and our time to fill is almost 50% higher than last year at this time so we need a high energy problem solver with a "can do!" attitude and a solution oriented approach.
This is a great opportunity to develop & shine! SSM Health Care is currently on an exciting journey! Like many large health care organizations we have previously had silos in our different geographies. No longer are we "SSM Oklahoma", "SSM St.Louis", "SSM Wisconsin", "SSM Southern Illinois", but we are becoming simply SSM Health Care. This includes a recent reorganization that tore down the silo walls creating one big recruitment department. You will enjoy being part of this evolution and partnering with leaders across all of SSM Health Care, sharing best practices and setting the tone for the future!
