Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for customer relationships, customer accounts and for key-customer and strategic account plans Delivery of the Medekit marketing and sales strategy and revenue/growth targets Responsible for proactive management of all customer communication, including customer returns, quotations and order management Responsible for reporting on customers, sales, margin, credit management, discounts, debtors and order management Provide direct line management for the Medekit team and ensure effective management, support and supervision is in place throughout the Customer Service department Develop staff so that each member of the team feels skilled, equipped and confident to perform their roles effectively and further develop their skills and ability to progress within the department and organisation Work with the Sales and Bids team to achieve sales and growth targets for Medekit Provide subject matter and technical support to other business functions (sales, bids, projects, finance)
Required Qualifications: Experience of working in a fast paced customer centric environment and display a passion for customers with a good understanding of the principles of customer satisfaction Demonstrate excellent personal computer and typing skills and must be highly competent with use of all Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication skills with a professional presence, friendly demeanour and excellent customer service skills Ability to communicate credibly at all levels within an organisation Must have strong commercial awareness Able to co-ordinate varied and complex demands from a diverse customer base, with the ability to prioritise Able to work collaboratively across all parts of the organisation and build strong internal relationships Have a strong attention to detail, the important to follow processes and awareness of the importance of accuracy Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
