Bring along your passion and do your life's best work.(sm) Responsibilities include managing the quoting and renewal process for the sales team, working closely with underwriting and marketing in analyzing and reporting sales data, communicating changes to sales plans, providing knowledge about customers and competitors, communicating pricing data, and managing the operational logistics of sales meetings and activities. A key emphasis of the role will be to align the processes, working with other departments, to drive high performance work practices that will help us to deliver the sales and retention targets. Primary Responsibilities: Develop and build an industry-leading Corporate and Broker support function in order to support UHCG's goals Ensure that all business is compliant with UHCG's risk appetite and that we put the customer at the heart of how we conduct business Drive exceptional performance against KPI's fairly and consistently Continually strive to improve the customer experience through improved processes, people development and technology Accountable for the resolution of issues that are identified – you will be responsible for troubleshooting, removing any barriers implementing future-focused solutions Responsible for the development and management of multiple channels and initiatives to deliver appropriate levels of new and existing sales production
Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent Established experience in a similar role Additional languages would be an advantage (French a distinct advantage) Experience working in an Insurance Company Evidence of strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications:PMI or APA qualification with the Insurance Institute of Ireland would be an advantage Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
