Communication Production Process Consultant - Telecommute

This Communication Production Process Consultant will work with internal/external teams, clients and provider communication specialists to deliver marketing production projects across all lines of business, as well as, route manage and track communication through the Rules of the Road legal, compliance and executive review process. Responsibilities include: creating and managing multiple project schedules, tracking and overseeing projects while managing business partners and leadership expectations; coordinating and delivering of promotional material campaigns; developing and preparing reports and project management. Assists with establishing best practices, reporting metrics, SOP's and streamlined workflows and compliance to policies & procedures. Position will require extensive collaboration with all levels of leadership and vendors. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:Collaborate with all of UHG employees and vendors, including internal business partners and communication specialists, to manage the day-to-day, departmental workflow and production timelines from the initiation of a project through completion. Develop, support and continually review and optimize team procedures and processes to support strategic direction, grow the business, recognize efficiencies, and lower marketing costs. Identify, develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with company and departmental direction and goals Consistently look for greater process efficiencies and proven experience to take new ideas from concept to reality Ensure maintenance of single-point repository for all documents related to production work; reports, all versions of marketing materials, estimates, and communication exchanges Keep a finger on the pulse of the project and notify stakeholders if something is delayed or off track Success Factors:Consistently demonstrate strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills Ability to react to last-minute changes with a positive attitude, while keeping emotions in check Excellent communication and listening skills Excellent facilitation and presentation skills Creative, innovative, and strategic thinking skills Able to apply strong business acumen and collaborative skills Self-starter accustomed to simultaneously playing several roles Ability to develop solutions that meet customer needs while maintaining integrity of "standard solutions" Highly adaptable to differing customer needs Ability to modify solutions on the fly Ability to effectively manage conflict in a professional manner Highly motivated with ability to offer solutions
Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience 3+ years of print production management experience 3+ years end-to-end print production experience in healthcare with focus on quality, innovation and effectiveness of campaigns 3+ years leading and managing cross-functional teams Account management experience, with partnership management and operational optimization Project management experience leading multiple demanding projects/major activities concurrently, continuous improvement initiatives with delivered results Experience interfacing professionally with all levels within and outside of the organization, including C-suite level leaders Work a flexible schedule, as required by business demands Work in high production fast paced environment with changing priorities Intermediate to expert level proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree Internal or external marketing or advertising agency experienceCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
