You will be a fundamental part of the regional CTO Risk and Process Management team, collaborating with the regional team lead. You will possess a deep understanding of operational risk, and the framework requirements associated with its management, backed by your sound technical understanding and demonstrable practical experience.

As a Risk Technology Consultant what will your duties be?
Assessing and evaluating risks impacting CTO on an ongoing basis
Supporting our partners in the production of the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), whilst ensuring that the review and challenge mechanism maintains accuracy and completeness of RSCA content
Leading risk remediation for CTO
Coordinating business continuity planning and testing
Assisting with internal and external audit inspections
CTO EMEA BCMR (Business Controls, Monitoring and Readiness)
Assisting with all leadership reporting relating to Risk
As a Risk Technology Consultant what skills/competencies will you ideally possess?
Excellent background and equivalent experience in risk management in a financial services organisation with specific focus on information security and technology risks
Good interpersonal skills; you are able to deliver difficult messages and resolves issues with partners at all levels
Excellent oral and written briefing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate both strategic and tactical risks
Knowledge of the regional regulatory environment, including relevant Laws, Rules and Regulations
Analytical mind-set is helpful
Good data manipulation skills
Can work with multiple teams; being a great teammate
Work under your own initiative
