Macquarie Asset Management (MAM; formerly known as Macquarie Funds Group) is a full-service asset manager, offering a diverse range of products including securities investment management, infrastructure and real asset management, and fund and equity-based structured products.
MAM comprises the following three divisions:
Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets
Macquarie Investment Management
Macquarie Specialised Investment Solutions.
The first of these divisions, Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) is a leading global alternative asset manager specializing in four real asset classes: infrastructure, agriculture, real estate and energy investment management. MIRA currently manages $101 billion in AUM which includes over 128 portfolio companies, 300 properties and 2.9 million hectares of farmland across 23 countries.
MIRA's Investor Solutions Group (ISG) is responsible for establishing and raising capital for MIRA's private funds along with providing investor relations coverage for those funds. Our target investors are public and corporate pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, and foundations and endowments, along with the investment consultants who advise them.

In this role you will work in a fast paced, challenging environment where you will be exposed to activities associated with fund raising, investor relations and business development.
Your responsibilities will include:
Understanding, monitoring and updating the investment environment and regulatory policy trends in the Chinese market
Supporting Investor Relationship Managers (RMs) to design and execute a proactive investor relations program
Supporting RMs with ongoing interaction and communication with clients. Develop and maintain relationship. understanding clients' needs, problems, interests, potential for new products
Proactively supporting and promoting MIRA products and co-investment opportunities to clients
Preparing and compiling tailored responses to clients qualitative and quantitative questions and questionnaires
Ensuring quarterly fund performance updates are communicated to all clients
Supporting new product development
Be a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, proactive team player and able to deliver against challenging targets with limited supervision
Have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English and Mandarin
Have tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline;
Preferably 1-3 year experience of capital raising, investment banking or infrastructure/real estate sector
PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Bloomberg skills and a strong attention to detail
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute them with a sense of urgency
