Under the direction of the QA Supervisor, the Partnership Coordinator will responsible will be responsible for being the liaison between CEDA Energy Services and the contracted partner sites. As it pertains to the contracted partner sites, the position maintains responsibility for intake, program outreach, quality assurance, training and technical assistance for Energy Services.

Manages and develops relationships with the Energy Services Partner Sites; and serves as a liaison between Partner Sites and CEDA Central.
Conducts routine visits to Partner Sites to monitor compliance with Energy Services policies and procedures as well as State and Federal program guidelines.
Ensures compliance and accuracy of Energy Services Partner Sites through assessments and audits; provides feedback to reduce application denial percentages.
Demonstrates accountability for achieving key metrics of CEDA Energy Services Programs.
Evaluates and assesses potential new Partner Site locations for operational eligibility and suitability.
Maintains reports for site visits, compliance issues, etc. via SharePoint.
Responsible for the coordination of activities supporting outreach and intake initiatives.
Participates in developing training modules and facilitates program intake training.
Drafts and executes written communications internally and externally related to program updates and compliance.
Works collaboratively with the other Energy Services units.

Expected Hours of Work
Days and hours of work are normally Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; however, schedules may change based on program need; some weekends may be required.
60% of this position requires daily travel to various CEDA Partner Sites within the Cook County area. This will also require some travel outside the Cook County area to attend meetings and trainings; must possess valid driver’s license and auto insurance that meets State requirements.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum Associate’s Degree
2-3 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other web-based applications.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bilingual in English/Spanish, Polish, Mandarin, Russian or Korean.
