The successful Associate will focus on the origination and execution of 'event-driven' transactions; primarily mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets transactions, financing and debt advisory.
Responsibilities would include: Creating marketing materials, Financial modelling and analysis, Sector and product research and leading aspects of transaction execution.
Exceptional calibre candidates with 3-5 years at a top Investment Bank with a focus on O+G, NATURAL RESOURCES, POWER, ENERGY, UTILITIES, INFRASTRUCTURE,
2.1 OR equivalent obtained from Oxbridge, Russel Group, Ivy League or similar top institution
Proven analytical skills through industry practice and success
Strong interest or exposure to developing regions
Ability to review, understand and summarise due diligence (Valuation, Environmental, Insurance etc.)
Understand the differences in processes between buy side, sell side, public mergers and public acquisitions
