Work closely with senior sales to facilitate client relationships and account management
Responsible for day to day management of sales support activities for the Institutional sales team
Coordinate and partner closely with different internal departments, including legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless sales operations
Handle clients' questions / queries on product, performance, asset allocations, pricing and other sales related matters.
Perform due diligence on clients and facilitate on boarding of new funds
Focus on sustaining the highest level of client service, while demonstrating risk awareness and a strong focus on an appropriate service delivery control framework.
Assist relationship managers in leveraging service delivery functions effectively and appropriately to increase client service quality.
What you'll need to succeed
Over 6-10 years of experience of sales support/client services experience in a fund house
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency in responding to client service and sales support enquiries
Ability to develop strong collaborative working relationships with key client business and service delivery stakeholders.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high self-assurance, energy and drive
Willingness to learn and grow with a view to take on increasing levels of sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in both Cantonese and English.
