As the Recruiter you will partner with the HR team and nurture relationships with leaders and prospective talent to meet the evolving needs of Greenleaf Trust and to deliver the best talent in the organization. In this role you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all positions in the company, a basic understanding of the company’s organizational structure as well as extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Partners closely with the Vice President, Director of Human Resources and other Recruiting team members to understand current staffing needs as well as future staffing goals/plans.
Provide metrics and updates upon request.
Assist with full cycle recruiting process to meet various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business divisions.
Develop partnerships with leaders, integrating the company’s key business initiatives with sourcing objectives.
Work with leaders and key stakeholders to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
Review and respond to incoming resumes, conduct initial phone screen interviews, coordinate and/or administer appropriate assessments, schedule HUMANeX interviews, obtain feedback on candidates, facilitate interview days and coordination for all onsite interviews and conduct follow-up meetings with interview teams.
Assists with the internal transfer process including posting of position, screening, coordination of interview with hiring team, transfer offer letter.
Make recommendations for hire, or not to hire, and deliver employment offers.
Regular follow-up with leaders and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals and plan.
Work closely with marketing team to provide regular feeds to Linked in and Facebook to continually find and develop creative and innovative ways to attract and search for new candidates and to build the pipeline based on 5 year recruiting plan.
Provide assistance with HR administrative responsibilities regarding on-boarding, service awards, tracking, metrics, etc.
Ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations.
Manages application/resume file, retention, reporting, documentation and logs regarding the applicant flow process and procedures according to guidelines.
Assist with improving organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices.
Network with community resources and maintain strong community focus and relationships.
Assist company and HR division with annual goals.
All other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and a minimum of two years of increasing levels of responsibility executing full-cycle recruitment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. HR or Recruiting Certification a plus.
