Research and Development
1.Contribute and participate in senior strategic institute planning, overall in-charge of advanced technology exploration, planning and experimental design, project, manage and implement the annual research project proposals.
2.Must formulate and develop pathways for compact fusion research and its overall production from initial, theoretical design to operational, working prototypes.
3.Responsible for establishing scientific and nuclear resource collaboration platforms. Must takes an active leadership role for technology recommendations and collaboration including information exchange, project declaration and achieve key milestones.
4.Responsible for assembling and managing a nuclear fusion research team and to optimize its structure in addition to a formalized training program.
1.Doctorates degree (or above) in nuclear fusion science, technology, and plasma physics, experienced with current nuclear fusion field and related technologies.
2.Over 10 years’ experience in fusion research as the principal scientist for a national/international company or academic research institute.
3.Must possess a global vision for research and schedule-based technology development.
4.Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
