Under limited supervision, analyzes the requirements to determine the hardware, system configuration, performance and capacity needs for system-related operating systems improvements and business integration.
Design, test and configure infrastructures and solutions for various applications and configurations.
Utilize strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or other system issues.
Develops infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools using configuration language and scripting tools.
Identifies and creates processes to integrate technology improvements into business processes.
Responsible for projects including the implementation of remediation activities, patch management, and firmware updates in a highly complex environment.
Provides Level 3 technical support in critical production support issues interacting with Developers and Architects.
Drive technical architecture for deploying, upgrading, and expanding EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management) platforms to build upon and expand existing deployment as well as future strategies. This includes mobile app management, mobile device management, and other aspects of an EMM.
Lead mobile security architecture efforts and be the go-to specialist for mobile security, especially with all aspects of EMM and mobile devices.
Provide guidance to enterprise on basic and advanced OS and EMM features and best practices.
Identify and evaluate mobile technologies/solutions; Collaborate with peers and leadership to negotiate and influence strategic roadmaps for our mobile solutions
Work closely with various mobile device and EMM companies to keep up with any of the emerging mobile technologies and trends in the mobile space
Lead operational efficiencies efforts including automation of routine tasks and testing where applicable.
Knowledge/Skills Considered a Plus:
3+ years' experience with AirWatch EMM solution, with strong troubleshooting skills on AirWatch setup
AirWatch Enterprise Mobility Associate, Professional, and Expert accreditations
Working knowledge of design and development of Java, Web applications, and Web Services including REST APIs
Experience with mobile test automation frameworks
Working experience with agile development practices like Continuous Integration/Delivery, DevOps, Test-Driven Development etc.
Demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Come up to speed quickly in complex domains and effectively manage multiple concurrent activities.
Must exhibit a leadership style that exhibits high energy, strategic thinking, collaboration, direct communication and results orientation

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering or information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Five (5) years' work experience in computer support or information technology environment, and desktop computing along with the ability to apply basic computer concepts, theories, principles and methods to projects, business problems, issues and/or questions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years' experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
