The Mille Lacs Energy Cooperative Board is seeking to fill the position of General Manager. Candidates should have broad leadership experience and skills related to member relations, human resources, finance and operations. Candidates should also demonstrate strong oral, written and listening communication skills.
To qualify, candidates must have a Bachelors degree in engineering, accounting or business, and 8+ years experience in the electric utility industry with at least five years in a management leadership role. Experience in broadband is a plus. The successful candidate must be skilled at creative thinking, be visionary, people oriented and foster employee development. The candidate must be committed to Mille Lacs Energy Cooperative members, employees and all service area communities.
