A Technician of Maintenance Services is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks, vehicle maintenance coordination, equipment inspections and other special services. In this position, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside peers who are versatile, enthusiastic, and continuing to strive to push AECI and our mission forward.
Assists with performing building maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, and light electrical work.
Assists with performing electronic recordkeeping related to preventative maintenance and repairs.
Assists with maintaining company vehicles by scheduling repairs, cleaning, and light mechanical work.
Operates various grounds equipment and assists with janitorial duties.
The ability to handle necessary stress and work reasonably well with others are essential functions of this position.
At least 6 months related experience and/or training.
Valid driver’s license.
