We are seeking an experienced Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) professional to advance Sandia’s capabilities for gathering, tracking, managing and reporting on assurance information using the RSA Archer GRC platform. On any given day, you may be called on to:
Develop, implement, improve and drive critical business processes related to analytical and operating policies and practices, regulatory and legal commitments, quality assurance requirements, and business policies and procedures
Collaborate with subject matter experts, tool user groups, and IT professionals to craft automated systems, processes and workflows, forms, data integrations, reporting, and analytics
Deliver integrated assurance solutions and information to the Laboratory
The Assurance Solutions Department configures, manages, and supports enterprise software solutions for Sandia’s Contractor Assurance System (CAS) Program. We partner with business units and governance, risk, compliance, quality, and other assurance professionals to determine business requirements, design solutions, and configure automated processes and software tools to meet their needs. In addition to supporting assurance operations, the department provides Sandia, its leadership and oversight entities with increased visibility of operations through integrated processes, information reporting, and data analytics.

Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline plus five years' experience; or master's degree in relevant discipline plus two years’ experience
Experience implementing solutions with RSA Archer or similar technologies for GRC programs
Experience with requirements analysis and design of business technology solutions
Two years’ experience implementing solutions with RSA Archer
Ability to communicate effectively with partners, customers, and users in oral presentations, demonstrations and written documents
Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete multiple projects within appropriate scope and timeframe
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify creative solutions
Ability to elicit and analyze business requirements for multiple customers and design effective integrated solutions that meet technical needs and satisfy IT requirements
Experience collaborating with leadership and business units, interacting effectively to build strong working relationships, reach consensus and influence roadmaps, requirements and designs
Experience conducting research, gathering a variety of internal and external information, and synthesizing this information into a cohesive, concise analysis
Deep understanding of information technology and data management processes
Experience developing test plans, technology documentation, and user documentation
Understanding of GRC or assurance processes and methodologies
Understanding of enterprise operations performance management
Experience in use or implementation of technology for reporting, analytics, dashboards, and/or data management solutions
Demonstrated success in cross-functional teams to facilitate and drive integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions to complex operational problems
Experience with project management tools or methodologies
Experience working in a regulated environment
Position requires a Department of Energy (DOE) granted Q-level security clearance.
Sandia is required by DOE directive to conduct a pre-employment drug testing, and a pre-employment background review that includes personal reference checks, law enforcement record and credit checks, and employment and education verifications. Applicants for employment must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
