The Chicago office of McGuireWoods seeks a counsel/junior partner with 10 to 15 years of experience in the project finance sector, with an emphasis on the power sector (including renewable energy). Experience should include managing and running project finance and/or tax equity financings, drafting credit agreements, depositary agreements, third party consents and related ancillary financing documents, as well as experience is drafting, evaluating and negotiating project contracts such as power purchase agreements, balance of plant agreements, turbine supply agreements, solar equipment supply agreements, operating and maintenance agreements, energy management agreements and other project contracts customarily associated with wind, solar and other power developments.
