Your job In the rapidly changing world of Private Banking our clients become more digital, it is key that we give our front office staff the right tooling to stay relevant for our clients and have meaningful interactions with them. To enable this, Private Banking in Europe is currently rolling out a new Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") solution for our staff. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of the countries, translating this into CRM business capabilities and supporting the countries with the business implementation of this new way of working. Working closely together with stakeholders in Netherlands and in the countries is key for your success and this gives you a lot of energy. Being part of a Grid, you will be the front office face in the Delivery Blocks and also part of the Value Proposition Block who constantly work on new ideas/propositions for CRM. Our Grid is successful if our front office staff is successful and our clients are happy.
Your working environment Digitalisation & Operations ("D&O") Europe is a department within Private Banking. It has the goal to harmonise and digitalise our processes and systems. This ensures a flawless digital customer experience and efficient client and employee processes across all countries. We believe that an agile approach with multi-disciplinary teams focussing on speed, flexibility and efficiency will help us in making the Digital Transformation.The Grid PB CRM and Client Processes (one of four D&O Grids) focusses on supporting the front office in creating & fostering trusted relationships with our clients. We do this by enabling a consistent customer experience via personal interaction and omni-channel digital services.
