We are currently seeking an experienced aftermarket sales manager to help build, manage and grow our wholesale and retail distribution network. In addition to accessing the largest on-hand inventory of Replica wheels in the country, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of the January 2019 launch of a brand new line of aftermarket, off road truck wheels! We are looking for a high energy, motivated salesperson to join our sales team (preferably one who is able to work in house from our Sarasota, FL. headquarters, full time or a full time remote position is open for discussion should the candidate meet or exceed all of our requirements, and be willing to travel to main office on a consistent basis).
This sale professional must a proven history in new account acquisition (hunting), as well as managing / maintaining existing customer accounts. Sales management opportunities exist for the right candidate.
Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate positively with customers. Most of all, we are looking for an organized, multi-tasker with a “can do” attitude, and tons of motivation and ambition to make money in an industry they’re passionate about and enjoy.
Introduce new line to all major US wheel / tire distributors and retailers, as well as activate their accounts and manage / support their sales.
Deliver sales materials provided by marketing dept. to all existing and prospective accounts / customers.
Provide information regarding products, account inquiries and order status via phone or email.
Keep track of old leads, new leads, and research for new customers.
Visiting new/existing customers
Accept inbound calls from customers and prospects.
Process phone, email, and fax orders.
Make outbound calls regarding order updates or changes, followed by an email.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines; inform manager of all unresolved issues.
Cold calling new and existing accounts
Manage sales volume requirements on wholesale accounts
Prior Sales Experience / ideally in the aftermarket wheel industry, specifically cast wheel sales and distribution. This is not a mandatory requirement however would be a plus.
Experience in aftermarket automotive wheel industry is a huge plus
Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills
Consultative selling and closing skills, and / or the aptitude to learn
Highly motivated, ambitious and eager to work attitude
Must be willing to travel
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not mandatory

Manage sales team, delegate leads, new accounts, training, and ensuring we are meeting sales volume goals
Provide monthly reports on all accounts, all sales reps, etc.
Provide support for sales team and to wholesale accounts as well as training and overall support for all sales related issues / areas.
THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION including most Saturdays, unless instructed otherwise. Position will require that you’re accessible during and after normal business hours to our wholesale clients and sales team should they need to reach you at any time, via text message, phone call, email, etc.
We are seeking an individual who is local or willing to relocate and work in our corporate headquarters in beautiful Sarasota, FL. Alternatively, a full time remote position is open for discussion should the candidate meet or exceed all of our requirements, and is willing to travel to our main office as well as clients offices throughout the US on a consistent basis as needed.
Additional Salary Information: We’re offering a highly financially motivating performance based pay structure which equates to a non capped commission based pay. This structure allows dedicated, highly motivated, well organized individuals to earn 6 figure income, by meeting or exceeding sales goals and properly developing / managing our sales team and wholesale distribution network. The position is primarily performance based, i.e., no base pay, commission only.
