This position provides overall administrative & technical management on projects from bid preparation through final acceptance by client. Prepares complete estimates and schedules. Includes interfacing with client representatives and other company departments.
Manages and administers multiple precast projects simultaneously from post-sale through project close-out in a team environment.
Oversees and manages planning, scheduling, purchasing, accounting, logistics and installation activities keeping the GM informed of progress and key events.
Required to lead the designated project team and develop, manage, monitor and control the project budget.
Maintains and controls project schedules, coordinates the work of internal resources, manages the performance of subcontractors and suppliers, while meeting Company established quality standards and profitability using professional, ethical, and safe practices to successfully complete the projects consistent with the sold scope and in an environment that promotes repeat business.
Detailed checking of shop drawings.

4 years of relevant experience in positions of progressive responsibility in Construction Project Management, Project Coordination, with knowledge of construction systems and materials- staying current with new construction materials and methods.
High integrity and innovation, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiating skills and ability to represent the Company’s interests while providing client satisfaction.
Must have the ability to manage, plan and track multiple projects in various phases of execution successfully, with high technical Engineering content.
Ability to read and comprehend contracts, specifications, schedules and contract drawings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge and proficiency of Windows and MS Office- Strong Word and Excel documents.
Must have above average walking, climbing, lifting and balancing skills.
Position requires occasional travel throughout New England & NY State.
