Your Key Responsibilities The Resource Deployment Lead is the most senior role within the deployment team and has overarching responsibility for the delivery of resource deployment aligned within a specific business area. For this role the area is Advisory with a focus on the Energy market. The role encompasses the following:
Oversight of resource deployment across all market-aligned activity, ensuring effective resource planning, role fulfilment and agility of response to changing requirements.
Partner with senior stakeholders to assess and validate upcoming pipeline, qualify new demand and ensure effective prioritisation of resource deployment decisions, filtering demand and insights into resource deployment team for day to day fulfilment
Challenging commercial drivers and driving usage of offshore, near shore and contingent resource solutions to optimise profitability
Providing insightful management information along with clear recommendations/interventions, where needed, to maximise performance and ensure delivery of financial targets and business priorities.
Influencing allocated headcount budget and recruitment decisions
Making informed resource allocation decisions and managing escalations/conflicts with Senior Stakeholder group
Building a high performing Resource Deployment team with the commercial acumen to engage with Partners and other leaders in the business (includes coaching, feedback, performance management, learning and development opportunities)Actively contributing to Resourcing future vision and transformation agenda.
