Submits requests for CBRE vendor access to CBRES IT. For questions regarding access levels contact the Ops Support Team (Controls/Energy Management Specialist).
Manage Control Systems SYNERGY service tickets (trouble calls).
Coordinates delivery of standard distributed controls and energy management services across regions.
Ensure that override reports are run and managed with acknowledgement from local staff. Ensure issues are resolved and system is placed back into automatic mode.
Ensure that daily alarms reports are run and address any issues found.
Site Systems Improvements:
Implementing site systems improvement directly or indirectly through subcontractor engagement.
System diagnostics support.
Re-commissioning of local HVAC/DDC systems controls to ensure that they are operating efficiently and as designed.
Design, Review and Support changes to existing systems below NAE level (controller level).
Perform Alarm Management support for all regions, evaluate cumulative alarms monthly.
User view and points standardization - remove unused points/alarms.
Enforce alarm management standards to existing sites.
Conducts site assessments to determine HVAC efficiencies, reliability measures and energy efficiency improvements.
Over site of 3rd party vendors performing control system repair and maintenance to maintain Chevron standards. Including managing development and binding of graphics and uploading database from 3rd party vendors.
Administer Chevron PCN Cyber security requirements with 3 rd party vendors.
Support CBRES MOC Process requirements for building automation changes.
Create and report out monthly to Ops Support Team (Controls/Energy Management Specialist) efforts and continual improvements.
Controls drawing design review and support of new project implementations.
Manage Building controls drawings (shop drawings) database and controls sequences. Ensure as-built control drawings are updated after installation work and uploaded into CBRES drawing management database.
Controls SME for design, sequences, distributed control and estimating.
Review and request changes to control drawings from facility run projects.
Field verification that functional testing and point to point commissioning has been performed on projects (OPEX & CAPEX).
Act as CBRES Operations final control commissioning agent for DDC additions.
Review database (all front end work- point configuration, alarms, user views, and graphics).
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and a minimum of seven years related experience and/or trade school training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES Universal CFC certification required. Additional certification in three or more of the following: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair. Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs. Must have the ability to operate an EMS and CMMS system. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions.
