Due to an upcoming 3 year advice remediation project, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Advice Remediation manager to support the current Head of. They will tasked with reviewing the existing team, processes and procedures with an improvement mindset whilst being an energetic and positive individual comfortable building high performing teams.
Responsible for leading 4 teams across the advice remediation remit
Leading the delivery and reporting of an end to end customer remediation program valued by both customers and advisors
Actively engaging employees by developing a high-performance team environment through driving high standards and implementing rewards and recognition
Driving systems and process improvement across the remediation function by acknowledging staff feedback and thorough investigation of existing processes
Effectively managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in an Operations or Team Manager Remediation position across the Insurance, Superannuation or Banking industries which has dealt with significant regulatory change
Deep understanding of the regulatory requirements of the importance of the remediation process
Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders from key financial regulatory bodies, i.e. ASIC, AFA + APRA
High energy and personable individual who is able to spread a infectious energy within the team
Demonstrated ability to effectively analyse existing processes, procedures and systems, and drive change to improve efficiency and effectiveness
High performance leadership style focused on improving performance across the team through goal setting and accountability
