To satisfy our ambitious plans for growth we are looking for experienced and capable Information Management Strategy Consultants to join the team. You will work on topics including: data and information strategy definition, data governance, data management, data integration and data migration, establishing operating models and centres of excellence to underpin and drive our clients' key transformation objectives.
Your role will entail:
Working on a variety of complex data-driven projects and programmes
Building on your existing industry and technical knowledge to guide our clients
Interaction with client stakeholders (often at a senior level) and providing them outstanding solutions to complex issues
Planning, managing and executing the delivery of information management and strategy engagements
On-going business development both internally and with clients
Hands on delivery of information strategy-related and other client deliverables
Working closely together with colleagues, in domains such as risk management, business transformation and customer intelligence
To qualify for the role you must have:
Full understanding of, and in-depth professional experience in, the development and implementation of information/data management strategy
Experience of working within a professional consulting firm, preferably big 4
Including management of consulting teams
Data governance strategy, policy and implementation experience
Strong, hands on, data quality analysis and improvement skills, including knowledge of different data quality management strategies
Experience with leading data quality and data governance tools (e.g. IBM, SAP, Informatica, Microsoft, Collibra or Oracle)
Master data management (MDM) strategy
Experience across a multitude of industries, at least 2 of the following: Retail, Technology, Energy/Power and Government.
Vendor selection or evaluation experience
