We are currently representing an award-winning investment manager, who is specialising in tax efficient investment solutions. They manage over £2 billion of funds under management and manage over £400 million in BR qualifying assets under management.
They are looking for someone to join their North East England team as a Business Development Manager.
The role will require excellent client relationship management skills, attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work. Responsibilities include:
The primary focus will be on developing existing and new relationships with wealth managers, IFAs and private client brokers.
Liaising with existing investors and maintaining the client's network of clients and contacts
Promoting and fund-raising for their range of tax efficient offerings
Maintaining existing sales contacts and expanding the distribution network for the company offerings, particularly through intermediaries including IFAs, wealth managers and private bank networks
A proactive, group-wide ambassador for the business
Knowledge and Experience
Educated to at least degree level
At least 5 years previous experience of sales and marketing of investment products
Proven record of working with intermediaries, including IFAs and private banks, and ideally in respect of tax-efficient products Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or other CRM systems), Excel and PowerPoint
Worked in North Eastern regions of England
