Asia Pacific Technology Management Office ("TMO") is seeking an experienced individual to join our team located in Singapore. TMO is responsible for ensuring Global Technology is accurately represented at both the regional and location level. The remit of the office includes supporting our Technology Operating Committees to deliver against the following objectives:
Manage the Location Technology Operating Committee ("TOC") forums
Integrate and align the Technology organization with other support functions (Legal, Compliance, Audit, Finance, Human Resources, and others)
Provide an oversight of key technology metrics on a regular basis
Govern alignment of Technology with the Global Technology strategy
The Position The APAC TMO Support will report to the Regional TMO Lead and provide support to our Technology Operating Committees (TOCs) in-region.
The right candidate is well organized, articulate, proactive, comfortable with detail, non-hierarchical, likes to execute, wants to develop as a leader and is able to foster strong working relationships with the Business & Enterprise Technology teams, and partner functions including Compliance, Audit, Finance and Human Resources. The TMO Support is expected to engage on cross LOB coordination efforts to ensure tasks are completed by the Country's LOB and Functional representatives. It will also be working very closely with the Technology Control Office on a regular basis.
We are looking for a generalist with over 5 years of related experience in Program Management in an IT organization/Banking Technology global in-house center, with the demonstrated capability to execute on Operating Committee and governance related agendas, action items and deliverables. Role & Responsibilities Management Framework & Reporting
Manage and oversee smooth running of all Country Technology Operating Committees ("TOCs") within Hong Kong and other locations
Ensure all materials produced for the TOCs and related artifacts follow Global and Regional standards
Support the Senior Technology Officer ("STO") or location Senior Country Business Manager for presentations that require Technology updates
Manage country data repositories for data to be stored in a consistent manner with Central teams
Coordinate technology outsourcing review(s) and ensure country due diligence is completed in a timely manner, with appropriate representation into country forums. Lead semi-annual attestation Technology inventory refresh and attestation.
Accountable for the maintenance of the relevant country Sharepoint sites
Support regulatory requests for information
Strategy & Program Management
Works with the APAC TMO Lead, STOs and relevant regional teams to create and maintain standard country artifacts
Coordinates and supports the Cross LOB inventory refresh and attestation exercise on a bi-annual basis
Manages the Technology Outsourcing remit that includes maintaining and coordinating all on/off boarding of technology outsourcing engagements
Work with the APAC TMO Lead to drive improvement initiatives addressing the core reference data, culture and oversight of program delivery integral to the delivery of technology governance for the region
Work with the APAC TMO Lead to create and socialize presentations with senior stakeholders to pilot and implement these improvement initiatives
Acts as the back-up for the Hong Kong TMO Lead on any relevant regional/ location meetings
Undertakes any ad-hoc responsibilities as allocated by the Senior Technology Officer/ Tech Hub Lead and the APAC Technology Management Office Lead
Supports local, regional and global efforts around Employee engagement events,Training and Communication
Over 5 years of experience in Technology, ideally with recent experience in IT management and preferably in the financial services sector in a regional or global capacity
Degree or equivalent qualifications; Prior experience in technology is required.
High level of independence, energy and integrity, demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, and accepts accountability and responsibility
Strong collaborator with ability to foster relationships effectively with diverse groups across geographies.

Proficiency MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Visio & MS Project skills with working knowledge of SharePoint
