1. Assist with organization, implementation, and execution of in-season and off-season practices and small group workouts. Positively motivate players to achieve maximum levels of performance. 2. Assist with scouting of opponents; live scouting; game strategies; breakdown of film if applicable. 3. Assist with breakdown of ND game film. Strong background in Lacrosse skill analysis.. 4. Assist with organization, implementation, and execution of summer camp(s). 5. Attend and participate in all important meetings, special events, team gatherings as directed by Head Coach / Athletic Director. 6. Assist with administrative responsibilities, such as uniform distribution, attendance, equipment, etc. 7. Willingness to create and assist with service-oriented projects with the team(s). 8. Positive energy and positive, direct communication in support of the Academy of Notre Dame and all constituents. Demonstrate highly effective oral and written communication skills. 9. Commitment to academic, moral, ethical, character development and support of student-athletes. 10. Other duties as assigned by Head Coach / Athletic Director.
The successful candidates will possess: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; lacrosse and/or teaching; experience teaching lacrosse skills and strategies to high school athletes highly preferred • Previous experience playing and/or coaching lacrosse at a competitive level preferred • Proven ability to exemplify the highest standard of leadership, sportsmanship, and respect; ability to attend all team practices and games • Knowledge of appropriate safety measures to ensure the well-being of student-athletes • CPR/First Aid certification • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships with all constituents

Our coaches are responsible for coaching, character development and providing direction to student athletes so that they might achieve a high level of skill as well as an appreciation for discipline, sportsmanship and teamwork in their sport.
