Work you'll do
Assists in the identification, implementation and maintenance of the organisation's information confidentiality and privacy policies and procedures with a focused understanding of privacy laws and confidentiality obligations across SEA
Develops, implements, and enforces policies and procedures of the organization's privacy programs in accordance with applicable laws
Stay abreast of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, guidelines, and industry developments relating to data protection, privacy and security. Provide analysis of impacts to key stakeholders
Assist the organisation to ensure that it has and maintains appropriate privacy and confidentiality consent & authorisation forms, information notices and materials reflecting current organisation and legal practices and requirements
Reviewing internal and external agreements (for eg. vendor agreements) to ensure alignment with the organisation's data security and privacy practices, procedures and legal requirements
Directs, delivers or ensures delivery of privacy and confidential trainings; and
Legal research as necessary
