MISSION OF A JOYN CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Ensure that our prospects and clients have an outstanding experience and support JOYN’s Advisory Team as they deliver service to our clients.
Meeting preparation, including but not limited to paperwork, pre-meeting research & anticipation of needs. Your goal is to ensure the advisor is prepared and has all necessary meeting items at least 24 hours prior to meeting with a client.
Promptly handle all account-related action items.
Within first 90 days of beginning employment, exhibit ability to handle client problems in a timely manner and demonstrate the ability to know when a matter needs to be escalated.
Play well with others, which in the context of this position includes making sure that you are proactively pulling tasks from the team tasking grid and looking for ways in which you can be helpful to the entire team.
Communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) with clients and team members.

Takes initiative to proactively assist other teammates when own workload is light or when teammates’ work is higher priority

Additional Salary Information: Salary range is $50,000-$65,000 per year
