Seeking a summer intern to support the coordination of marketing activities for the pump industry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable researching online, writing newsletters and PR email pitches, reviewing and updating websites, tracking digital email campaigns, tracking invoicing and budgets, and updating marketing calendars.
Update Marketing calendars – Tradeshows, Email Campaigns, and Conferences
Track Email campaign performance and create dashboard reports
Review and monitor HI website and partner websites to report required updates
Perform market research on HI members and industrial markets
Research HI member database and map US locations
Prepare Shipments for conferences and tradeshows and create shipping documentation
Track and update marketing budget
Writing and managing the distribution of surveys and questionnaires
Collect and analyze data and information and then present it to Directors.
Perform other duties, as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Working towards Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
Experience conducting market analysis, compiling research data into reports and interest or knowledge of the pump industry is desired, but not required
Strong analytical and communication skills required.
Computer expertise focused on MS Office Products – specifically PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with interpersonal skills are required
Candidate will need to work well in a team environment and be responsible for deadlines and project deliverables
