We are looking for Capital Team Senior Manager in our Global Treasury Reporting Team for our Budapest office
Corporate Treasury provides corporate finance advisory service to senior management and internal business units. It also optimizes the Firm's liquidity and capital base, manages the Firm's foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, and coordinates relationships with regulators, rating agencies, and creditors. We are seeking an experienced senior manager with demonstrated strong analytical and leadership skills to join Capital Management, one of the seven different functions (Funding, Liquidity planning, Wealth management, Capital Management, Recovery and Resolution Planning, Legal Entity Management and Governance/COO) we cover. The team in Budapest works closely with the New York, London and Hong Kong offices.
Role: - Lead and develop Budapest Capital Management team as a key partner to New York, EMEA and Asia Pacific offices - Develop relationships with key partners of Capital Management, including Risk, Tax, Legal, Regulatory Policy, Controllers and FP&A - Co-ordination of multiple entity ICAAP exercises, including preparation, review and challenge of materials - Delivery of technological enhancements to ICAAP and related processes, in conjunction with key stakeholders; increasing efficiencies, enhancing controls and reducing overall residual risk - Involvement in ad hoc and specific project-based deliverables, including restructuring, dividends, capital issuance and, forecasting and adaptation to evolving regulatory environment
Skills required: - University degree (BSc or BA) preferably in accounting, finance, or related disciplines - Post graduate qualification / studying towards: ACT, CFA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent an advantage - 5+ years work experience in a related field is an advantage - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Proven leadership, willingness to develop relationships and work with virtual teams across the regions contributing to common goals - Adept at working in a fast-paced, high energy level environment - A working knowledge of European capital regulations, accounting and high interest in the financial markets - Excellent communication skills, both in oral and written, with strong attention to detail - Self-motivated with high personal standards for quality of work - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
