Winsor strives to create an environment of respect and inclusion. We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant to Operations, Facilities, and Technology.
The Assistant to Operations, Facilities, and Technology provides administrative support for all correspondence, projects and events managed by the three Directors of those departments and also manages school-related transportation. The position requires good collaborative and interpersonal skills, strong writing skills, and someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented. The ability to use technology effectively is essential.
This is a full time position reporting to the Director of Operations and Auxiliary Programs.
Performs routine office work, including filing, record retention and maintenance.
Submits event forms for rental agreements.
Supports the Director of Technology at certain events throughout the year (including Back to School Nights and Parent Conferences), as needed.
Is responsible for the management and upkeep of MSDS program.
Coordinates the LEED Energy reporting system.
Attends weekly operations committee meetings.
Assists in the daily management and operations of the campus facilities.

School Related Transportation
Coordination of School Buses
Works with First Student Bus Company and First Planning Systems (or other bussing companies selected by the School) for all phases of student bussing.
Communicates with parents/students, bussing companies and designated School personnel regarding seat requests, pick-ups and drop-off, travel routes, changes and delays in schedule.
Informs designated School personnel about issues impacting the effectiveness of bussing, in a proactive manner.
Arranges bus rentals for field trips as requested by the faculty. (Submit Field Trip Transportation forms to First Student, Brush Hill Transportation and other vendors).
Assists in the management of Winsor vehicles.
