Administrative Assistant - Development & Alumni Office
Maret School is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will be an integral member of the faculty, providing administrative, logistical, and technical support. This position will work primarily in the Development & Alumni Office and will also support academic division directors and other administrators as needed.

Provide administrative and general support to all members of the Development & Alumni team in areas of fundraising, communications and social media, and special events.
Provide administrative and communication support to academic division directors and main office.
Specific tasks include, but are not limited to, database work, preparation and execution of large mailings, special events coordination, web page support, and interfacing with our constituents.
Serve as a receptionist for the Development & Alumni Office welcoming and assisting volunteers and other constituents. Relationship building is a key component of this job.
Office management responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the development calendar, maintaining office machines and organizing and ordering supplies, and file creation and maintenance.
Other general administrative and operational support as required.
Qualifications and Skills required:
Previous experience in an administrative position.
Excellent, proven interpersonal skills for varied communication and collaborative work with colleagues and constituents.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills; with strong Microsoft Office knowledge; knowledge of Blackbaud's Raisers Edge/Veracross or similar databases programs desirable.
Ability to work independently with a desire to be an integral part of a team.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, lively environment and meet deadlines.
Strong work ethic, flexibility, and sense of humor.

This Administrative Assistant reports to the Associate Director of Development. Some evening and weekend work for select events is required. This is a full-time, 12-month position with excellent benefits. Hours 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM during the academic year.
