Location: Irving Texas Headquarters
Length of assignment: 2 to 4 months
Schedule: Flexible, up to 40 hours/week. Some work from home may be possible
Type: Temporary employee or 1099 contractor
Assist recruiting team with full-cycle recruiting for high priority positions across the U.S.
Maintain regular contact with internal Hiring Managers to prioritize hiring focus and meet headcount goals.
Drive the hiring process to fulfill position requisitions in a timely manner.
Conduct research and creative targeting to identify potential passive candidates.
Screen candidates for skill and culture fit.
Help manager make better selection decisions through interview guides and selection methodology.
Manage the offer approval and submittal process and close candidates with committed offer acceptance.
Need to work days/hours when candidates are available to talk.
Must have a great personality, high energy, smart and enjoy interacting with people.
At least 5 years of successful experience recruiting skilled technicians or engineers.
Must be comfortable and very effective on the phone.
Knowledge of recruitment & interview best-practices and regulatory considerations.
Requires ability to stay organized, multi-task, work at a quick pace and plan priorities.
Ability to listen, understand and interpret the needs of managers and candidates.
Proficient with internet browsers, Microsoft Word, Outlook and ATS.
Positive, service-oriented attitude and easily approachable.
