We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Partnerships Planning and Development Manager.
Work with Group Insurance and the Bank's internal channels to learn about their strategic objectives and identify key growth opportunities for the partnerships business
Propose, develop and drive high impact business cases, this includes feasibility analysis, market research, financial modelling, stakeholder management and buy in and project resourcing
Evaluate existing global partnership relationships for opportunities to maximize value
Research and assess new potential partnership opportunities complementary to the current portfolio of solutions and services
Collaborate with other areas of the bank in the development of third party partnerships
Together with the Strategic Partnerships management team align business plan and priorities with the Group Insurance manufacturing strategy, partner capabilities, market opportunities, and channel opportunities
Evaluate and track the contribution of short term and long term strategic initiatives to overall group insurance strategic business objectives
Research the evolving economics of partnerships deals and propositions and develop strong subject matter expertise in partnership best practices and key success factors
Understand situational interpretations and analyze data to identify and understand trends, disrupters and challenges
Solid years of experiences in business development or sales enablement in financial services, with experiences in the insurance industry
Solid understanding of insurance products and markets
Management consulting experience, strategic planning experience an asset
High energy team player with strong tenacity to lead and drive change management
Strong communication, organizational and project management skills with proven experience in proposal writing for senior executive audiences and external stakeholders
Ability to build long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders and indluence senior management
Strong knowledge and understanding of HSBC Insurance business is helpful
