The Manager of Talent Solutions is a player/coach position which is accountable for overseeing day-to-day recruiting activities along with actively recruiting for positions within assigned client groups. This person will report to the Director of Talent Solutions and will assist them in developing recruiting strategies for exempt or hourly positions. The Manager will lead and develop a small team, help to identify inefficiencies and come up with solutions to address those opportunities.
This person must be comfortable working within an ever changing environment and be able to drive alignment across multiple cross functional teams.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive the talent acquisition strategy by anticipating the business and the hiring team's needs and execute against that strategy
Build strong relationships with multiple functional leaders to ensure the ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process
Effectively monitor and track the teams progress towards hiring goals
Will play a lead role in driving certain talent projects from conception through execution
Evaluate current processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
Can assess and support recruitment efforts for multiple functions and locations with ever changing complexity
Ability to develop and lead creative sourcing strategies that drive positive results
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required
Eight plus years of Talent Acquisition experience supporting high performing organizations
Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver customer-focused, bottom-line oriented staffing solutions as a member of a functional acquisition team
Demonstrated leadership competencies in the areas of talent acquisition and change management
Ability to deal with rapidly changing organizational issues and manage the impact of change on the organization including its culture and associates
High energy, have a positive attitude and partner well with others
Extremely high level of curiosity - not afraid to ask questions to dig into things
Proactive vs. reactive/Anticipates issues before it becomes one
