Mission for the role
The purpose of the role will be to work closely with Paul in a leadership capacity to promote and drive the business forward, being able to support on a full range offerings, including M&A advisory assignments (buy-side, sell-side, JVs, capital raisings, restructurings), strategic advisory and transaction execution.
You will be responsible for supporting the execution of existing business, whilst also over time building your own pipeline of relationships and future clients, sourcing new leads, spotting opportunities, and helping oversee the firm's deals and projects from conception through to completion.
You will lead, advise and coach Associates, Analysts and interns to constantly increase the quality and level of engagement with clients and the firm's relationships.
You will aspire to grow into a VP / Principal / Director role within the business.

Education and Experience:
You have a bachelor's degree (Tier 1 MBA preferred) in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for the position.
You have had a stellar performance record with senior level experience (2-3 years) in a well-regarded strategy consultancy (probably MBB) and have had a significant degree of M&A / Corporate Finance experience (1-3 years) from a top investment bank or global accountancy firm.
Starting Salary: £75k to £100k
Performance Bonus: 50% to 300% of salary
