The purpose of this position is to support the development, maintenance and enhancement of a collection of intuitive and automated analytical dashboards, based on various and developing client/program perspectives. Use your technical expertise in energy conservation and building management system analytics approaches to make a significant impact for industry-leading financial services client.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Perform monthly and quarterly data reporting exercises, prepare detailed Key Performance Indicator Reports to track trends and progress towards client's BAIP Goals.
Create dashboards for top 8 client identified KPI's during BAIP set meeting
Work closely with Mobile Maintenance staff and BAIP Onboarding team in analyzing, modeling, and building programmatic approach to ensure optimal performance of client buildings.
Collect all applicable datasets/reference tables, scrub/condition, and process into analytics tool for isolated or blended metrics and analysis on a regular ongoing cadence
Identify and troubleshoot data integration and integrity issues in cooperation with the appropriate CBRE units
Perform ad-hoc, strategic analysis of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources
Communicate and present data to management.
Utilize programming and analytical tools including SQL, and the Microsoft Technology Stack, specifically SSIS to maintain and develop data models and/or extract insights.
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems/processes in subject teams and day-to-day function
To excel in this role, you should also possess:
BA/BS degree, engineering discipline preferred.
Data validation and auditing experience.
Fundamental analytical and quantitative reasoning.
Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
Intermediate MS Office Suite expertise.
Experience building data visualization and/or reporting solutions through Tableau or similar BI tools
