The Annual Fund Manager helps to design, administer, grow and achieve success in the Annual Fund (defined as gifts up to $5,000), the foundation of Artis—Naples’ fundraising efforts, specifically through a strategic Annual Fund donor acquisition program. This position requires a highly motivated individual with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment, a high level of professionalism and attention to detail, and the drive to achieve mutually agreed upon goals. An interest in music and its performance as well as art and the public mission of museums is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, non-profit or arts management required. • Four+ years of progressively responsible experience in Annual Fund and/or membership fundraising, or as an integrated marketing professional with revenue generation responsibilities. • Demonstrated ability to conceive and implement strategies that resulted in sustained long-term growth in annual support. • Progressive growth and consistent achievement of goals. • High energy, sense of humor and grace under pressure. • Knowledge of and/or interest in music and both the visual and performing arts preferred.
