The Information Technology MBA Internship Program is looking for experienced MBA students wanting to make an impact for patients and have a passion in digital strategy and technology management. This internship program is a pipeline to the Information Technology Rotational Development Program (IT RDP), a 2-year full-time rotational program for MBA graduates.
Interns will complete a summer placement as a key member of an information technology group.
Interns will leverage their MBA skills to explore new technologies and ideas, turn complex situations into strategic advances, and much more! The program is designed to ensure interns gain valuable industry and functional expertise. Interns will contribute meaningfully to their teams through challenging assignments and have the opportunity to collaborate withIT leaders and various stakeholders from across the organization.
In addition to the primary assignment, the internship will feature following opportunities (not limiting):
Learn and obtain expertise in technical and non-technical domains
Build a network throughout the IT organization, including mentorship with IT leaders and current members from the IT Rotational Development Program (IT RDP)
Participate in events on key biopharma business and technology topics with senior leaders

Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduating in Spring/Summer 2021
Minimum of 3 years of relevant digital, technology, or other relevant industry experience
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future
