The opportunity As part of the Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice and you will provide a well-integrated broad array of risk management services to capital market participants within global banking, capital markets, asset management and insurance. FSRM services include Credit, Market and Operational Risk Management, IFRS 9 Advisory Services, Quantitative Advisory Services, Risk Management IT Implementation, and Compliance and AML Advisory Services.
Your key responsibilities As a FSRM Senior Associate, you will be expected to:
PMO - Technically contribute to managing projects which includes packaging overall project findings into clear, concise and high-quality deliverables
Work effectively as a team leader having the responsibility to manage project deliverables and maintain sound stakeholder management
Build valuable relationships with external clients and internal peers
Serve as a role model to junior team members for quality & risk management and ensure that comply with EY's Quality & Risk Management guidelines.
Communicate effectively with junior team members and help cultivating them to becoming a high performer.

To qualify for the role, preferably you have the following attributes:
Strong educational background
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in any of the following areas:
Capital Management (Basel II / III, ICAAP)
Model Development & Validation - (Basel II / III, IFRS 9)
Risk Management IT implementation
Risk Management Governance (policies framework)
Treasury Management (ALM, transfer pricing and hedging)
Experience in working in a team-oriented environment with proven track record of managing teams and delivering in fast-paced and demanding environments
Experience in analytical and risk management tools/systems (e.g. SAS, R, Murex, VBA, MATLAB)
Excellent analytical, report-writing, facilitation and presentation skills
Strong management skills and proven people management skills
Professional certifications in FRM, CFA and PMP will be an added advantage
