About the Position
This opening is a senior leadership position. Your role will include managing projects and teams, consulting on complex issues, developing client relationships, and contributing to marketing initiatives. You will also be invited to take a seat on our management team and have a voice in setting the company’s strategic growth and business planning objectives. Advancement to a principal level position with an ownership stake is expected for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, established, and proven environmental professional or consultant with ambition to be a difference maker at a growing company with a bright future.
B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related discipline, and 10+ years of work experience. Candidates with other educational or work experience are encouraged to apply if uniquely qualified for certain aspects of this position (e.g., key industry experience, business or entrepreneurial background)

Talent to lead and motivate people
Core competencies: self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized, client focused, and strong written and verbal communication (technical writing, public speaking)
Subject matter expertise in any of the following areas: emission inventories, compliance reporting, permitting, air quality modeling and health risk assessment, auditing, regulatory program development, strategic planning, and advocacy
