Dairyland Power Cooperative seeks a senior Project Manager. This person will be is responsible for planning and managing all aspects of the life-cycle for assigned strategic initiatives and priority enterprise programs and projects. Accountable for end-to-end delivery of these initiatives including managing the cost/budget, schedule and dependencies, resources, scope, quality and risk. Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders the status of the initiatives and to ensure all aspects are aligned with organizational strategies, plans and initiatives. Provide key information to leadership for effective decision-making.
Education & Experience: BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or similar discipline. Minimum of 7 years of applicable business experience, preferably in program management and organizational change, along with a strong understanding of the energy industry and experience with information technology projects. PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.
