Together, the Executive, Lateral, and Campus recruiting, Sourcing, Research, and Operations teams help to source and hire the best talent for BlackRock. Partnering with respective leaders across these channels is a centralized Governance and Performance team (TA GaP) responsible for monitoring performance, defining standards, mitigating risk, managing resources, and driving change. Day to day, the TA GaP team engages with internal teams across HR and BlackRock to refine recruiting processes, identify areas of opportunity to enhance technologies, and consult on changes impacting recruiting practices. In addition, the TA GaP team partners with external vendors and organizations to deliver the best portfolio of services for recruiting.
The TA GaP team is looking for an Analyst to focus on embedding data-driven practices into the core of recruiting governance. As a trusted partner to the recruiting organization and its partners, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partnering with the Analytics and Insights teams to define and develop key recruiting metrics, reporting and tracking capabilities to ensure that the delivery of recruiting services aligns with overall talent goals
Monitoring key program performance metrics and developing actionable insights for strategic decision making that will drive the business forward
Supporting strategic relationships with vendors, including managing them to SLAs
Collaborating with internal teams in Sourcing and Vendor Management and Finance to triage escalations and manage payments
Driving and executing cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects (including change management, communication planning and roll-out)
To be successful in this role, strong problem solving, communication, attention to detail and analytical skills are essential. We are seeking a high energy, self-motivated individual excited to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment based in our Atlanta, GA office. Given the collaborative culture at BlackRock, this person should feel comfortable working with teams and engaging across functional areas.
Skills and/or Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2+ years of relevant industry experience (preferably with emphasis in recruiting or operations)
Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to proactively anticipate problems and/or opportunities with confidence to use initiative to pursue solutions
Ability to manage complex work within tight deadlines and adapt quickly amidst a pressurized environment
Attention to detail, organization, and project management to help manage work effectively
Strong analytical skills and comfort with quantitative analysis (via Excel and other programs) to identify trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to generate concise proposals, reports, and presentations (via PowerPoint) based on your analyses
Affinity for teamwork and can effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with Workday a plus
